For those who love water sports, we offer two paddle boards and a two-seater kayak, along with lifejackets and snorkel gear. The beach also includes a convenient kayak launch, making it easy to explore the serene waters of Chalk Sound at your own pace.

Beautiful home! Loved the views of the sound. House was well appointed. Enjoyed the kayak. Ciara was excellent and responded immediately to any of our questions. Would definitely recommend.

This house in Chalk Sound had everything you need for a perfect relaxing tropical vacation-away from the tourists and crowds in Grace Bay. The infinity pool and swinging egg chairs were paradise.The property manager was always available and responded to messages asap.Highly recommend this villa!

What a magical place. The pictures are well done and give you a good sense of what to expect, it is truly as beautiful as depicted. We loved facing the chalk sound, it is lovely to look out on and our 2 year old delighted in watching the airplanes land across the way. We spent a whole day lounging around the pool, dock, tiny beach and fire pit because it was so nice to spend time there. We did the 10-15 minute walk to Taylor bay several times (tiny humans added extra time). Ask Ciara how to get there. There is a short walk along chalk sound drive to a dirt road to a path down to the beach. We pulled a wagon (that we brought with) full of beach gear down the sandy path without issue. Ciara arranged for someone to meet us at the rental car place and drive with us to the house where she showed us around the property. There is a supply of beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkel gear and life vests that we enjoyed using during our stay. The beach gear did not include a cooler. We got by with a Stay Cold bag from the grocery store which we left behind for others to use. We loved our stay here!
