Built into an elevated hillside, this villa is ideally positioned to maximize privacy and take full advantage of the cool trade-winds. The pool, lunge area and observation deck are positioned to take full advantage of the Turks and Caicos spectacular sunsets.
The main living areas of this house are located on the second floor and exit directly onto the large pool deck.
Each room is equipped with its own split unit air conditioner, flat screen television and on-suite bathroom.
The fully equipped open concept kitchen is ideal for catering to large families or private chef's. Just off the kitchen, and with easy access, is a private outdoor balcony which is where you will find the large propane BBQ grill.
There is also a tower and rooftop sundeck area featuring a 360° panoramic views, relaxing chez lounges and soothing tropical ocean breezes.

We Loved this Villa. It was perfect for our stay. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Michael was very responsive to any of our needs. The pool and outside lounge areas are perfect, and gorgeous Taylor Bay was only steps away…
