Seaside Villa is a waterfront paradise located on the beautiful Silly Creek lagoon. With lagoon views from the back of the villa to the oceanfront views from the front of the house, this recently remodeled vacation villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The villa has 1 bedroom and bathroom downstairs and offers 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms upstairs.
The villa was designed to take advantage of the steady tradewinds and has picturesque water views from all 4 bedrooms. There are abundant recreational activities to enjoy at the villa, with a substantial private beach and boat dock where you can use the paddleboards and kayaks provided.
All rooms have AC and ceiling fans, and the villa provides smart TVs and fast wifi for your entertainment. The lushly landscaped pool area is very private and has fantastic views of Silly Creek.
Taylor Bay Beach can be reached directly from Silly Creek and is just a short walk away. Las Brisas restaurant is a 5-minute drive from the villa, and world-renowned Grace Bay beach is 15 minutes away.

We had our two sons and their wives plus our two year grandson and had a great time! We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the island. We will go back!

A lovely, quiet location. The 5 of us had a wonderful time. The kitchen utensils are the bare minimum making dinner preparation a challenge. The host was very responsive to a TV issue, but very slow in responding to a different issue. The lines of communication were not clear. The weather was delightful.

This is by far the best VRBO experience I have ever had! Daphny was a welcoming host and the property itself provided everything from olive oil to coffee and tea, hand soap, shampoo, various spices and seasoning to even beach toys and life vests for infants. My whole family enjoyed daily kayaking and the close proximity to the beach. The views were breathtaking! We are already planning another trip down here.
