AQUA RESORT #703, on the 7th floor, in Panama City Beach! This is an incredible property in the absolute perfect location! You will love the amenities that this building offers including a gulf front fitness center, multiple luxury pools, hot tub, steam room, welcoming lobby area, covered parking and much more! Our 7th floor condo is a 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom that features TWO GULF FRONT BEDROOMS and a HUGE BALCONY! It will be difficult to find a nicer condo for your family to come and enjoy their beach vacation to the fullest! This is one of the best and most desirable floorplans on the beach!
*Free Wi-Fi - Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, it is not always guaranteed that it will work to the best of its ability. We do recommend that if you need Wi-Fi for work or pleasure that you bring a hot spot.
***Aqua Resort charges $55 per vehicle for parking for your stay. Each unit may purchase 2 passes. You will register online and print your parking pass prior to your arrival. High Tide Florida Vacation Rentals cannot authorize or provide additional parking passes.

Beautiful condo, loved the pool area, great location

View is beautiful. Balcony is large, and has lots of seating.Condo is spacious. Having 3 bathrooms and washer and dryer was definitely a plus. We appreciated the 2 free beach chair rentals for our stay. However, some of the furniture could use upgrading. Bottom bunk bed slat cracked, master tub faucet broken, and lock to glass sliding door broken. Management team responsive to calls.Overall we had a great stay.

Went with two families, nice room, kitchen was good enough for us. Pool was pretty crowded on the days that the beach was double red flagged but to be expected I suppose for such a large condo. All in all, was a really nice place.

The condo was excellent However the pool and hot tub were closed and we were not notified about the closure until it was too late to cancel outdoor chairs were rusted
