We loved our first time visit to Panama City Beach. I was with my husband and 2 sisters. The Aqua was really nice; we loved the pool and easy beach access. My one complaint was that they didn't heat the pools, the water was colder than the ocean. So, we really couldn't use them, only the hot tub. The temp was about 80, so we wish we could have used the pool. The only other thing was that one of the outlets in the bedroom with the queen bed wasn't working. We also found a couple outlets lose, they just need a screwdriver taken to them, no big deal. Otherwise, the unit was really nice, we would rebook again. The balcony was the best!

Couches/furniture was not very clean and it was stained more than we would have liked for the price we paid to stay here.. dishes were dirty when we pulled them out of the cabinets. On the positive note we enjoyed the balcony and it was a beautiful sight of the gulf.

Condo was perfect for our family vacation! Conveniently located near restaurants and Pier Park. Parking across the street with sky bridge was also very nice especially with the Spring Break traffic.

We have stayed in countless rentals over the years at the beach. This was by far the filthiest we have ever been in. Sofa/chair were stained and disgusting. Bathrooms covered in mold. The nightstand in the master had mold stains.. the floor seemed to have never been mopped. We removed our shoes upon entering and ruined all white socks immediately. It was so gross.Don’t even get me started on the front load washer. Smelled so bad, and there was so much mold in it! Also listing says beach chairs included, we had to pay for them the first day, and then got a call from management company the next day that they were paid for. At that point we didn’t need them. It’s too bad because it’s a lovely condo with a great set up. Could be really nice with some deep cleaning. Management company was amazing to work with though. Would book with them again, just not this unit.
