Absolute perfection! Property was lovely, location was perfect and we enjoyed our chairs at the beach! The entire process to check in and out was smooth and very easy! We will definitely be back!

we had a great time at the beach. The walk to the beach was close, we had 2 beach chairs that came with the property. The pools on site were the perfect place to cool down and the property was close to EVERYTHING. We will definitely be staying here again.

Overall it was a great stay. One day the gate code was changed and we were not notified of the new code. And the lack of directions for where to park our 3rd vehicle was frustrating. Too many condo beach chairs set up leaving little room for visitors that dont want to pay for a chair.

Great location. Unit needs a good cleaning. Bed sheets were sandy. Dryer needs some maintenance attention. Typically takes two rounds of 60 minute dry time for complete drying. Only two elevators working in a building with 23 floors. Was told by other unit owners the elevators have been out of order since February. A lot of time is spent in the corridor with your neighbors, so you'll make friends. The dishwasher could use some attention as it appears to have been placed in the opening and not secured. It also does not drain. Communication with RealJoy was lacking. Was told it was because of a computer glitch. Check in instructions were finally received after sending several emails and voice messages. Discouraging after driving 12 hours and not being able to check in and get settled. Beach service was appreciated.
