Paradise Escapes PCB offers this stunning 19th floor condo at Aqua: one of the most luxurious resorts on the beach.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf from this 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo that is upgraded and gorgeously decorated to make your stay comfortable and classy. The living room and dining area are spacious; the well-appointed kitchen offers all you need for meals and snacks. The private balcony showcases the Emerald Coast and amazing views and offers seating to soak it all in.
Two of the four bedrooms in this Paradise Escapes PCB beauty oceanfront suites that have access to the large balcony. The first bedroom offers a king bed and private ensuite garden bath with a separate glass enclosed shower and double vanity along with direct balcony access. The second bedroom features a king bed and private full bath including shower/tub combo and vanity also with direct balcony access. The 3rd bedroom has queen bed and a private full bath including shower/tub combo and vanity. The fourth bedroom has two twin size beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably.
The beautiful kitchen has granite countertops, a refrigerator with ice maker, and in-condo washer and dryer for your convenience. Complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected.
Just a short ride to the ground floor and you're steps to the unmatched white sands of Panama City Beach. And there, you'll enjoy a fantastic bond.
Also, enjoy FREE BEACH SERVICE with 1 set (2 chairs and 1 Umbrella) daily for you from March 15th to October 31st a $500 per week added amenity at no cost to you!
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide a credit card prior to stay on which a $500 damage deposit will be held. No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.
Note: All Aqua guests must pre-registered to receive Parking Permit(s) at http://www.aquaparking.net . The registration fee is $50.00 per vehicle and is mandatory and required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). It is paid directly by the guest prior to your stay and is not included in your booking total.

The location was perfect, and we had a super cozy and comfortable stay for seven people. Renata was also a fantastic host and was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We will definitely book again :)

The condo was so clean when we arrived. There was actually dish soap and hand soap provided. Something I havent found in previous listings. I asked Renata if they had extra chairs in the condo and in less than 30 min her and her husband brought 2 beach chairs by for us! An extra step she didn't have to do. She checked in with me through the week to make sure we didn't need anything. The kitchen was fully stocked with more than we needed. The location was great. There was an on site bar and pizza place. 2 pools and a hot tub. The property was well maintained. It smelled so clean every morning! An extra plus for me was the full sized coffee maker as I prefer that over a Keurig but a Keurig is also provided for people who prefer those.

Aqua is in a great location and the place is really nice. We did have issues with losing power and water utilities 3 times but it was no fault of Aqua. This also put us without AC. The elevators had at least 1 being repaired almost the entire time so you did have to wait a bit for them. I wouldn't rent this condo again because of the ring doorbell. The owners have motion sensor notifications on and constantly go live every time there is motion at the door. The ring doorbell would light up blue showing that they were listening and watching. It was very uncomfortable. They even went as far as to question the number of guests we had as well as question items we bought from the store. The entire bookbeach team especially Melissa and Will are amazing. They are very responsive and helpful. I would definitely book at Aqua again and use Melissa but would not book this particular condo. We expected a certain level of privacy which we did not get.
