2025 Kitchen Renovation & new paint through out. (Pics coming March 2025) Stainless steel appliances with air fryer, Keurig, crock pot, blender, and mixer. Professionally decorated Living Space updated February with new Living room seating & dining room seating along with new decor. 2022 New 70” smart TV with Hulu included. Full renovation of Master Bath with tile walk-in shower. Guest bath full reno with new double vanity & decor in guest bath. Tile throughout - no carpet. 2018 Master closet renovation. All TV’s are SMART TV with HULU included. Please see our property #932148 on the 9th floor for more reviews and if you need more space for your group. Both condos are very similar in style with a few changes to the color palette. Each condo has its own unique furnishings and decor.

If you forget to print your passes, the parking pass kiosk is located on the 3rd floor by the east Main elevators. If you are renting a car you will need to wait to purchase the parking pass at the kiosk. If you have a motorcycle Aqua has created a smaller pass that can easily fit in your pocket or wallet and attaches to the handle of the bike when parked in the garage. Upon arrival, call security in order to receive the bike pass. You will need to present the original parking pass permit to receive the smaller pass. Parking passes MUST be kept in the car while in the parking garage. We encourage guests to print their pass in the convenience of their own homes or offices. The kiosk is a great back up method, but it could become busy during high turnover days. Luggage Carts in Garage, Enclosed Walkway to Main Building.

My family and I stay in Panama City Beach every August for our annual beach vacation. We try to stay in the same area as we like the proximity to the shopping centers and grocery stores. This unit is in the perfect location, it's very close to Pier Park. The unit was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable, we had everything we needed and the entire stay was very comfortable. We loved that everything was labeled and the wifi password was easy to find. We had complimentary beach chairs with our stay and we very much enjoyed that. We would definitely return. The only drawback for us was the 9 am checkout time, we had to ensure everything was packed the night before and felt slightly rushed in the morning. Overall, we had a great experience. Thanks to the Brock family for allowing us to stay at your property.

Owners did very well in staying in contact. 2 weeks before stay- was told indoor pool and jacuzzi out. When we got there, both pools indoor & outdoor were unavailable. Which was a selling point for rental. So couldn't even sit out by pool area. Very disappointed for the money required for a 5 day stay. I understand they could not help when the building does their repairs but they still charged full price and didnt have time to get another rental in short amount of time. They did offer to refund but not sure of the vrbo's policy. Fire extinguisher under sink has not been serviced since 2014 and room is on the 18th floor.
It is equipped with everything you would possibly need. Puzzles, games, towels, shampoo, dishes, can openers, pots and pans, movies. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Shopping, Walmart, Target, Malls , Spa's were all within a couple of blocks. Wonderful location. Great host.
