The vacation rental was in great condition. It slept my family comfortably. It had all of the pans and things that we needed to cook our meals. We spent little time at the actual condo, but the time spent was great.

This was our first stay at Aqua and it won’t be our last! We loved it, very clean and had such a great time!

The unit we rented was nice. In my opinion (or compared to other units we have rented in the past), it needs updating. The sofa appeared new, but the other furniture items seemed older. Everything functioned well as far as appliances, plumbing, televisions. Patio furniture not matched and one plastic chair was broken on the balcony. Carpets in both bedrooms heavily worn. king bed was comfortable, but queen bed and bunk beds were not as comfortable. Pull-out bed was comfortable. It would have been nice if there were some beach towels to use. The unit did provide boogie boards and beach chairs for use which was really nice. Unit has a beautiful view.
