Free Beach Service comes with this rental. Retreat to the balconies of this spacious 2 bedroom condo on the corner of AQUA and enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Beautifully decorated with luxury furnishings and a modern beach flair, this property is a must-see in PCB! The living room features a 65” smart TV for you and your family to enjoy family movie night after a relaxing day at the beach! Both bedrooms feature king size beds, en suite bathrooms, and plenty of space to store your items whether you are staying for a few days or a few weeks. In the common area, there is a set of queen over queen bunks. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and anything you and your family will need for a night in. Only 2 cars allowed. All guests must pre-register & pay a $50 fee per vehicle. All guests must be at least 25 years old unless they are the child of a guest.

We loved our stay at Aqua! The unit was just as advertised in photos. Very comfortable, great communication from property management and condo staff.

Beautiful condo! We loved the oversized bunks, and the overall layout of the condo. However, the floors were not cleaned well. Our feet were absolutely disgusting after walking around. We went and bought a mop to clean the floors. The facility overall is amazing & Aqua will always be a fav!!

This is our favorite layout for our family of five at Aqua. However this condo needs some changes. The floors were disgusting. My husband and I wore shoes the whole time, but it was tough to keep them on my five year old constantly, so her feet stayed black while we were there. My 12 month old twins crawl around on the floor and their clothes were black every day. It just made the condo feel gross. The master tub had mold in the caulking and shower curtain. There were a few plugs without faceplates and some didn’t work. It’s a cute condo but the owners may want to change cleaning companies and give the condo a little love.
