This spacious 5th-floor condo features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a private bunk room, offering the perfect blend of comfort, style, and space for families and groups to spread out and relax.
With 1,594 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, this unique layout provides private terrace access from two bedrooms and the living room, leading to an impressive 25-foot-wide curved balcony. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset views from the custom patio seating, complete with two chairs and ottomans overlooking the emerald waters of the Gulf.
Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes a glass-top stove, side-by-side refrigerator, Keurig, and all the cookware you need for easy meals. The living area features a striking turquoise leather sectional and tile flooring throughout, creating a cool, coastal feel. With five flat-screen TVs, everyone can unwind in comfort.
Each of the three bedrooms offers a king bed and mounted flat-screen TV, while the bunk room with sliding privacy doors includes twin bunk beds and its own TV—perfect for kids or additional guests. The primary bathroom boasts a stunning walk-in shower with mosaic glass tile, bench seating, and dual brass shower heads. The second Gulf-front bedroom also features an adjacent bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and bench.

We have stayed at Aqua for many years over spring break but this one was by far the the best. Nicole was very helpful throughout the week when we had questions. This condo has the best layout of any we have picked. Three bedrooms with a bonus bunk room is incredible plus three bathrooms was so convenient. But our favorite was the extra large patio where memories were made watching dolphins over our morning coffee. A shoutout to the crew setting up chairs every friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at the condo! Even with 3 adults and 4 teenagers, there was more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to do, plus great food and shopping nearby. The sunset views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful, and the included beach chairs were a great added perk. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows, which made it even better! Parking was super easy with a skywalk for direct access, so you don’t have to worry about crossing a busy street. Would recommend to anyone looking for for a spacious, clean, family friendly vacation rental!

Our first time for a winter beach trip was fantastic! Weather was better than expected. Beautiful warm days and cool nights. Walked to pier park for NYE festivities, but came back the condo for the final midnight fireworks. Best view ever!Spent a lot of time on the large comfy balcony. Condo is really nice, clean and comfortable. Easy booking. Marcy was so helpful and informative.
