I was nervous after reading the reviews about Vacasa who is the actual host representing the property however payment, check in and check out were very easy and straightforward. Property is clean, updated and was overall comfortable for our 3 day stay. Only thing about the condo is that beds were very firm but that’s a personal preference nothing the host can control. Location is a short walk to the beach however it was blocked off and under construction. This mad getting to the beach very tough and had to cut through the property’s across the street which made it a bit awkward for the family going back and forth. This is why the review is lower. I’m unsure when they will have the public access (which is directly across the street as described) finished but be aware it looks like it could be a few weeks at least until completed. Overall enjoyable stay in clean condo with a small but very clean pool and outdoor area.

Overall was pretty clean, has a few small cosmetic issues. Compact space but met our family of 4’s needs, more would have been very cramped.
