The condo was very clean. Balconies were very large and bathrooms were nicely updated. Biggest complaint would be that owners left only one access key for the ocean/building. So, our group needed to be tethered to our phones in order to get anyone onto or off the beach or into the building. Leaving at least 2 passes would have made the vacation much more enjoyable.

View was good! Really liked having two balconies. It was clean. Beds were not comfortable. We really hated that you only get one key card and you had to have a key card to get literally everywhere like to and from the beach, in and out of the building. There were kind of a lot of rules. It made it really difficult for us to use our beach wagon because you can’t have anything that rolls in the lobby. That rule also made it kinda hard to load and unload. Was a little disappointed there wasn’t an hot tub. Also hated the keypad on the door, the passcode was really long so you couldn’t remember it. I had to pull up the email with the code in it every time we left. All the employees were nice though!
