This property sits on the end of the Condo Building called "A Place at the Beach 6". The end units all face the ocean directly. This unit is on the second floor of 3 floors, in the middle of 3 units. In other words if it was Tic-Tac-Toe, this balcony is the center square. That is absolutely wonderful, as it has a level of privacy none of the other units have! The first floor has only a view of sand dunes, so the second floor is perfect! And if you need to run in from the beach to grab a quick snack or lunch it is just a couple minutes to get in & back.
The unit decor is nice and the colors add a very "beachy" theme. Unit is adequately stocked and the freezer is great at making tray ice.
-A couple drawbacks:
The secondary bedroom has no ventilation, so it will get quite warm in there. Also, there is a light right outside the secondary bedroom window in the hallway that is on ALL night that shines right through the blinds.
-The unit may have been "newly renovated", but I think all that really means is a coat of wall paint. The unit is 50 years old and it shows. There are cracks and spackle jobs on almost every wall. Ceiling has evidence of past water problems. Minor things like toilet paper holders or towel holders broken. Kitchen faucet broken, appliances with wear, stains on the counter, etc.
-Cockroaches walk right in under the sliding glass door.
Overall we loved it and would come back! Just not as "updated" as we had hoped.

Property was nice and beautifully located on the beach. The condo was well equipped for our needs.
