Detached villa with hallway, large living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 en suite), 2 bathrooms, laundry and covered terraces on the ground floor, and lounge area (used as bedroom), en suite bedroom, 2 bathrooms and uncovered terrace on the 1st floor. It has 7 fixed beds and 1 removable bed. Capacity for 9 people. It also has a garage for 1 vehicle and large garden patio with private pool. Residential area with privacy.
The villa has: large fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine; laundry room with washing machine; living room with satellite tv (200 channels), DVD and fireplace; internet network in all compartments; safe in 2 bedrooms; air conditioning in the rooms; alarm system; barbecue in the garden. The whole house is furnished and properly equipped with utensils, bedding and bathroom.
The surrounding area has extensive green areas, golf courses, tennis courts and areas for varied sports / leisure. Also noteworthy is the proximity and good accessibility of Vilamoura's marina, shopping areas, casino and beaches. It is also located 25 km from Faro airport, 5 km from the city of Quarteira, 12 km from Albufeira and 15 km from Loulé.
Weekly cleaning, with change of bed and bathroom linen, is the owner's responsibility.

Just back from 9 night stay at Villa. The villa is in a great location with respect to distance to the local area. A comfortable stroll to the marina, the old town and quarteria so plenty of options. Our hosts Carlos / Ana were very good with communication and information when we booked, prior to arriving and during our stay. We found the villa exactly as described. Its a traditional villa with everything you need. We found the villa to be clean throughout. As only 2 of us where staying there we used the downstairs space but upstairs has a great space with 2 bedrooms that you access one through the other and a large outside balcony.Downstairs space is roomy, comfortable and has a large kitchen with everything you need. Separate outside laundry room is also available as well as a bbq area. Outside area great with sun on the back and a great sized pool. Looking forward to going back soon!Thank you Carlos & Ana we had a great time

This is an excellent accommodation for anyone wishing to stay within walking distance of Vilamoura Marina and beach. Our arrival, check in and communication with the host was very smooth and we were able to arrive sooner than advertised check in which was a big help due to flight times. The property took the 6 of us (3 adult couples) easily with an additional room to spare. All rooms were spacious with either en suite or bathroom next door. The kitchen was big and well equipped. It had a small table but there was a large indoor table and outdoor one for us all to eat at. The pool was clean and not too cold given that we arrived in April. There were plenty seats and loungers and we were provided with lots of towels. The laundry was a big help for washing and drying. The villa itself is a traditional villa with lovely garden. There is good security, alarm and a safe. We used Bolt taxis at least daily, but they were never more than 5 and more often than not we walked to the marina or local Spar which had everything we needed. We’d recommend trying the crazy golf locally, the water park and of course the numerous bars and restaurants around the marina.

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. It contained everything we needed, spotlessly clean and cleaner attended twice a week too.WiFi coverage was a bit patchy but spent most of our time in the large and quiet outside area. There is a good size pool and plenty of loungers with cushions for them which was a nice touch. There is sun around the pool all day, although the pool itself is in shade for quite a lot of the day.Great location, a genuine 15-20 minutes stroll to the Marina and surrounding area. Great choice of restaurants.Comms with the Villa owner were good and straight forward, we’d very happily stay again.Thank you Carlos and Ana.

We were very happy with the level of comfort and tranquility provided by this spacious villa. Additionally, the convenient location and responsive communication with the Host made our stay particularly enjoyable and relaxing. We were sad to leave. Would 100% recommend!
