Via the internal staircase, you access the lower floor, where there is a TV room, ideal for relaxing moments. This floor provides access to a large terrace, equipped with sofas and sun loungers, with direct access to the pool area and the condominium’s communal garden. Also on this floor, there are two additional bedrooms and one bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
