The property has lovely views over the golf course and not too far from marina etc for nights out.
There is a very narrow spiral staircase down from the villa to the pool area which isn’t ideal for some people and some of our group ended up having to go out of the front door round the villa to the back via driveway.
The pool hasn’t got any handrails into the pool and the first step is quite high to not have this.
The villa is dated and some of the furniture is starting to show its age.
All of the cooking appliances can’t be turned on together as the electrics trip a fuse.

lovely villa plenty of room, pool area very private and plenty of sun beds.
on a personal level found the walk to marina was a bit further than we anticipated but this was not an issue as a local taxi was only 5€

Excellent centrally located property, 15-20min walking distance to the Marina. Bike Cafe opposite for food and coffee is needed. Property set over 3 levels and was very clean and user friendly.
