About this house rental
Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 100 m² house with wifi (fiber optics), located in Plurien and which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 150 m² garden. Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, fireplace (wood supplied).
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 bunk bed
- Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, gas barbecue, tumble dryer, bicycles available (3 adults, 1 teenager and 2 children).
Exterior:
- A beautiful 150 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Plurien, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe, St Brieuc
- Nearest airport: Rennes, Dinard
