About this house rental

On edge of forest, detached single level 19th century gîte (98 sq.m.), renovated in 2003. Large living room with lounge area (sofa bed) & open-plan kitchen, entrance hall, shower room/WC, 3 bedrooms (beds: 1 double, 2 single, 1 single). Oil-fired central heating (extra charge). Bike shed. Terrace, garden furniture, BBQ. Garden. Private parking. Peaceful, leafy setting with forest tracks nearby. Gîte ideally located for exploring the Ain. Be sure to say hello to the donkeys & sheep. Optional cleaning charge: 40€.
