It’s located in the quiet area and has all you need. There were no issues with parking.

We found some bed sheets in the cupboard, but it was still wet and not ironed.

L'accès à l'appartement et son ameublement sont corrects et assez fonctionnels.

L’équipement de l'appartement est vraiment minimal (cuisine en particulier), et la seconde chambre porte mal son nom. Le lit pliant qui s'y trouve en occupe déplié toute la largeur et 70 % de la surface : franchement pas pratique. Accessoirement il n'était pas déplié (et c'est justement ce qui est difficile quand il y a si peu de place...) alors qu'il était bien prévu que nous étions deux. Enfin le linge de toilette blanc est douteux (propre, mais constellé de taches anciennes) et les draps de ce qu'il faut appeler un lit d'appoint parfaitement humides.

Waouh magnifique 😃 Très bien situé dans une résidence calme à 2mns à pied du bus pour aller à Lyon Place de parking gratuite à quelques rues de l'appartement. Parking places bleues 1h30 de l'autre côté de la rue pour décharger les valises Appartement splendide rénové avec des matériaux de qualité Cuisine très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Jolie vaisselle, presse agrumes... Propreté excellente Literie très confortable dans la grande chambre ainsi que dans la petite chambre avec un canapé lit Télévision dans le salon et dans la grande chambre Salle de bain superbe avec grande douche Ascenseur très appréciable (même si l'appartement n'est qu'au 1er étage)

TRÈS DÉCEVANT.

La situation.

Le stationnement de mon véhicule, zone bleue 1h30 maxi ou parking 4h00 gratuites maxi ou parking 6h00 gratuites maxi, l'ensemble non gèrable à distance, la propreté douteuse du linge de maison, le manque de serviettes pour 4 adultes, la deuxième chambre n'est pas une chambre. On ne fait pas dormir 2 adultes dans un canapé de 120 dans une pièce exiguë. L'annonce est inexacte. Le gestionnaire n'est pas à la hauteur, il a fallut faire des pieds et des mains pour récupérer les serviettes manquantes. Arrivés 17h30, les serviettes ont été remises à 20h45.

Mooi verblijf, goed verzorgt, goeie locatie. Niet goed geschikt voor gezin met twee pubers.

Het huis was prima op orde, netjes en er waren veel dingen beschikbaar (koffie pads, kruiden, etc.) De instructies waren goed en ook de toegang tot de hal en woning was super geregeld. De ligging van de woning is dichtbij Lyon dus echt een super uitval basis. Parkeerplekken genoeg in de omgeving alleen even uitzoeken waar je hoe lang kunt staan.

De woning heeft twee slaapkamers en slaapbanken in de woonkamer. Het was voor ons niet duidelijk dat beide slaapkamers een twee persoons bed hadden. Ons idee was om zelf in een van de kamers te gaan slapen en de twee kinderen in de andere kamer, maar dat lukt niet als er geen twee bedden in een kamer aanwezig is. Uiteindelijk zijn wij (ouders) op de slaapbanken gaan slapen en de kinderen verdeeld over beide kamers. De kwaliteit van de slaapbanken viel ons tegen en wij hebben daardoor ook niet goed geslapen. Communicatie met de verhuurde was oke, kreeg niet het gevoel dat de verhuurder erop zat te wachten dat ik hem berichtjes stuurde om verduidelijking te krijgen.
