Come make yourself at home in our beautiful 2 Bedrooms/ 1 Bath Yellow Cottage. Conveniently located : 1.4 miles from I-40 and 1.7 miles from I-27, 2 miles from downtown, and 2 miles from Route 66.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, a prep Island, fully loaded to prepare dinner. A formal dinning room with a table for six.
The Smart tv on living room has Disney plus and Hulu.
Located in Bivins Neighborhood, only 1.8 miles from Route 66. Route 66 is a one mile of antiques, boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and bars.
Only 1.3 miles from downtown Amarillo, shopping, Civic Center, Hodgetown and many restaurants
Your Family will love to relax in the shaded backyard , dinning table, and patio furniture.
In the back It's another VRBO Yellow Studio (1 bed/1bath+ garage), separated and gated, that you can rent upon request and availability.
The Driveway located on front side of the house is reserved for the Yellow Cottage Home guests.
Great area to go for a walk/or jogging . My favorite route : Start on 12th st(across st of the house) walk around the little park (about one block from the house) and along S Julian Blvd.
Another nearby Park is Ellwood park 0.9 miles from the house.

The home was fantastic from the moment we arrived. Everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The space had a great layout and felt like a true home away from home. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well organized and made us feel right at home. The host was very accommodating and made the experience easy and enjoyable. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Cleanliness especially in the bathroom and tub. The regulator on the propane fire pit couldn’t use it.
