Clean and quiet home & neighborhood. A park is a block away. Inviting front porch with rocking chairs. Backyard with enclosed fence, charcoal grill & patio furniture. Long driveway and sensor security lighting. Easy check-in & checkout. House had everything & more. Pet friendly and even had snacks for dogs and humans. Loved having refrigerator space with condiments. The house was easy to find and close to stores and gas stations. I will be returning soon and plan on staying here. I highly recommend.

Simply put, you get exactly what you pay for. "Landlord special" on ALOT of things layers and layers of paint. If you're allergic to dust, don't stay here. Window sills had layers of dust, not properly cleaned backyard is absolutely a nightmare of unkept grass and planters. HOWEVER, The beds are comfortable which is great, working kitchen, cute dining room and living room. The home reminded me of my late grandmothers home and it made me feel something good inside. Overall great stay and the host allowed us to check in an hour early after an exhausting 7 hour drive with an infant and toddler.

Loved this place! Super friendly hosts! Great communication! Very clean space that felt like home away from home! Very comfortable and well stocked with blankets, pillows, towels, toilet paper, coffee, and snacks! The host goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome.

What a lovely 1920's-era home! We enjoyed our stay in the Yellow Rose House. It's in a great location for easy access to everything. The owners are helpful and quick to respond to any questions. They made it easy and comfortable. Everything was provided, and we appreciate the attention to detail, like tissues at the bedside. Sometimes, it's the little things. We will come back to stay again and happily recommend a stay at the charming Yellow Rose House.

Came to town to watch college golf tournament at the Amarillo Country Club. Location could not be beat! We were happy to have all we needed to make breakfast and lunch to take with us for early, long days. I was worried we might be disturbed by the creaking floors, but once in a room w door closed, could not hear anything going on in the rest of the house. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

I have never stayed at a vrbo and this was a first. I would do it again. The house was clean and everything was set up for it to be a safe location. The outside lights (especially the front door) were out and the host took care of that without any issues. It was nice to come back the next day after showing at the Tri-West Fair to find lights around the house. I don't sleep well away from home but that being said I felt safe and secure and surprised that I was able to sleep and slept well. The only thing on the listing of the home that was not available was a hot tub. I would stay here again and I would recommend this listing and the host couldn't have been better. Awesome experience for a first time trying a vrbo.

We loved our stay! Girls trip of 4 from Colorado to Texas to see a dear friend and her new baby. Loved the house! The kitchen was a great size for all of us to move around and not be stepping on each other. A block away there is a huge park where we went and listened to live music!
