About this house rental
Whether traveling through Amarillo or wanting (or needing!) to spend a bit of time in the Texas Panhandle, this Amarillo townhouse is the perfect place to rest and recharge. The spacious, well-appointed townhome is in a very convenient location because it offers easy access from the two major highways in Amarillo, I-40 and I-27. It’s also close to Coulter Road, which is popular for retail stores and restaurants. The medical district is about six miles from the house.
The two-story home, fitted with comfortable furniture and home-like amenities, has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You’ll feel at home with enhanced Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen that’s ready for you to cook! Complimentary coffee, bottled water, snacks, and hand-sanitizing products will be awaiting your arrival.
The Smart TV has Roku channels, Disney Plus, and Hulu.
The house is located on a corner lot, so there’s plenty of yard space, which is unusual for townhomes in a quiet area. Enjoy the outdoor dining table, wood fire pit(we do not provide wood), fun games, and a gas grill. The space is ideal for roasting s'mores and star gazing.
The driveway has a basketball net and space to play.
We are a few blocks away from the Walmart neighborhood.
This property is for transient temporary stays only, and guests may not establish residency at any time.
-Mention your pet at the time of booking; Dogs only!
-Pet fee $50.00
-Pets must be potty trained
- Keep pets off of all furniture, including beds
- Guests are responsible for pet hair and waste cleanup.
- Don't leave your dog unattended inside the house. Crate your pet or leave them in our fenced backyard.
-Clean up after your pet
-If you don't add your dog to the reservation will result in a $150.00 extra fee.
-NO loud music.
-The city ordinance is quiet hours after 10:00 pm.

Excellent place to stay. Very comfortable and very cozy and very clean! Will keep this in mind again when returning to Amarillo.

Very inviting, clean, cozy and a wonderful stop for rest on our trip. It had everything needed for a stay away from home and we enjoyed it so very much. The owner has thiught of everything, and kitchen was stocked and even had snacks and coffee. Garage was clean and organized, patio with firepit was so enjoyable.... again, very clean..... loved our stay. Beds were comfortable also.

We did not read the full description, so when we got there and realized it was a condo/townhome, we were a little disappointed. We would have preferred a house/home like the title suggests. The upstairs bedroom really doesn’t stay cool which would keep me away in the hotter months. Other than those two issues, the towels were soft, the host was nice, and stay was comfy.
