Beautiful villa located in the vicinity of the Palma Racket club, a residential area in a very good area of Palma.The Villa offers guests a very pleasant stay, with all the comforts of a holiday villa and within walking distance of the shopping, gastronomic and night-life area of Palma for the delight of the guest.The house offers a total of four bedrooms with double beds, two full bathrooms, dining area, spacious work area, fully equipped kitchen, it has open spaces inside that create a feeling of spaciousness. The villa is divided into two floors, connected by stairs, on the ground floor we find two double bedrooms, a work space and two living rooms with a large television screen. There is also a full bathroom and a toilet, on the second floor there are two double bedrooms including the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom.A furnished living area outside to enjoy breakfast or any meal accompanied by the mild climate of Mallorca, charcoal barbecue available to guests.Outside we find the terrace with its sun loungers and the swimming pool to enjoy most of the year.Free street parking

Since January 1, 2016, the Balearic government requires a Balearic Tourist Tax, which is paid at check-in, prices vary depending on the length of stay and the season (Low or High). Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, establishing the documentary registration and information obligations of natural or legal persons who carry out accommodation and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of this regulation will collect the data of the users of these activities in order to register them and to provide the necessary communication for compliance with the legal obligations developed by this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of the accommodation services must be signed by any person over fourteen years of age who uses them, in accordance with the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the adult they are accompanied by. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the holiday rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.
