Gdyby wszystko było w dobrym stanie, to wystawił bym 10, a nie 8. Niestety większość pomieszczeń i sprzętów, wskazuje na lata minimalnych napraw, a nie realnych remontów - w takiej cenie oczekiwał bym częstszych remontów. Wszystkie sypialnie były spore i czyste. 1 z 4 sypialni miała prywatną łazienkę, pozostałe 3 miał 2 wspólne łazienki na korytarzu.

Uszkodzone podłogi, skrzypiące drzwi, piszczące klamki, połamany koszyk na sztućce w zmywarce, problemy z otwieraniem/zamykaniem obu skrzydeł drzwi od strony basenu przez połamaną wajchę od otwierania - która dodatkowo utrudnia zamykanie drugiego skrzydła drzwi - i dziesiątki innych drobnych problemów. W sumie są 4 drzwi wejściowe (drzwi i 'kraty' [rejas] po 2 sztuki z 2 stron - od ulicy i od basenu). Wszystkie używają tego samego typu zamka i mogły by być otwierane 1 kluczem, ale w momencie kiedy wynajmowałem właściciel dostarczał 4 różne klucze i wszędzie musiałem chodzić z pękiem kluczy, a nie 2-oma - to zgłosiłem do właściciela, więc mogło się już zmienić.

Large property for 5 men. Top terrace good for chilling. 3 bathrooms

Pool table unplayable, as table slate warped, no small cue available to play in a very confined space. Waterfall shower in en suite not working properly. Hob, not able to unlock.

Breakfast was not provided. The location was approximately a half mile to the city center, which was fine when it was not raining. There were very few restaurants nearby. Most of the Tapas Bars and Pizza places were closed due to New Years and Epiphany. The pool was very pretty, but it was too cold to swim. The outdoor patio was nice. Playing pool was fun, but the pool table was in poor condition and not in balance. The kitchen was large and very nice, but there were only a few pans for very basic cooking. It had a full size refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and washing machine which was nice.

The beds were too soft and two of the beds were full size, which made it very cozy for 2 adults to sleep. The floors are in very poor condition. Tiny closets with no dressers made it difficult to unpack clothes for a weeks stay. There were no towel bars or hooks in any of the bathrooms, so there was no place to hang the towels to dry. Nor were there any hooks to hang robes, coats, etc. The bedroom with the ensuite bath did not have a place to put toiletries other than toothbrushes. Everything had to be placed on the floor. The bath mirror was hung from a wire and was not anti-fog glass so every time you wiped off the humidity to shave, the mirror moved and we were afraid it was going to fall off the hook and break. In two of the bathrooms there were no toilet paper holders so the paper had to be placed on the floor. The entry room was supposed to be the living/gathering room - it had two thin hard leather sofas that were uncomfortable to sit on, 8 people could not sit on them and there was not a television in the room. The television was in a room that had the dining table for 8 with 8 hard acrylic chairs that were attractive, but not comfortable. The room was nice for eating and playing games, but was not a pleasant place to watch television. The fourth bedroom was in a small pretty room that had a none working fireplace, but being across from the kitchen with only draw curtains for doors did not make it an ideal place to sleep. It was hard to keep the living room and the kitchen warm unless all the bedroom doors were left open. I assume it would be the same for keep them cool in the summer. The house is attractive, but needs more comfortable furniture, a great deal more storage.
