Great location, central to everything but also removed from the hustle and bustle of the city! The apartment was so well stocked with kitchen items, bed was super comfy and the rooftop pool was very nice! Aircon, coffee machine and large bathroom was also very appreciated!

The location was excellent and the apartment felt like a ”home away from home”. The apartment was cosy and the roof terrace very nice. Great also that you had parking available. That would otherwise have been a problem in Palma.

The bed was a bit hard in my taste but my husband loved it, so it’s a matter if taste😊.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the Palma central and enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants, which were a real highlight.

Cons: A few significant issues While the hotel's age is understandable, there were several frustrating issues that made our stay difficult. * Inconsistent Cleanliness: We booked two rooms, and while one was perfectly fine, the other had a strong, unpleasant odor, suggesting the cleaning was not thorough. * Maintenance Problems: On the morning after we checked in, we discovered there was no hot water in our both rooms, and we had to contact the staff to get it fixed. * Lack of Instructions: There were no user manuals for the washing machine, dryer, or dishwasher. As international travelers, we had no idea how to operate them and had to contact the owner every time we wanted to use an appliance, which was very frustrating. * Parking Issues: We were grateful that parking was arranged for us, but the spot was very tight. The directions were only given verbally, so it was confusing to figure out exactly where to park. To make matters worse, the lights on the entire parking floor were out all day, making it completely dark.
