Fantastic location, great kitchen/living room space, lovely view from balcony. You are in the heart of palma but the windows are great and block most of the noise. Really easy to get checked in and could have had luggage storage if needed
The 2nd bedroom was quite small for 2 adults to sleep in. Would properly work better with bunk beds

Location is great, lockers are a great bonus.
Door handle kept falling off, no full length mirror. One bathroom for 2 bed property, which sleeps 6. Only enough hot water for one person to shower. Just was a bit of a let down for the money.
