The apartment could not have been better situated or easier to access. Super close to Park de la Mar parking garage, restaurants, shopping, playgrounds (and bonus that it happened to be a 2 min walk to my family who lives in Mallorca)! Really great for families. No elevator or washer/dryer, but having lived in Spain this was not expected or needed. There is a good wash & fold a short walk away though if you do need it. Quiet, clean, safe area and great for families (we brought our 2 and 7 year old). 10/10 would recommend!

Easy walk to all the restaurants and sites in the old town.

This was a very comfortable apartment in a central and lively part of town and was just where we wanted to be. It was also quiet overnight as local regulations control closing times and overnight traffic efficiently. We had a great time.
The only caveat is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so access could be a problem depending on your circumstances.
