About this house rental
The serene sleeping accommodations are found on a dedicated level, offering a master bedroom with an impressive ensuite bathroom. Two additional double bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, share a second well-equipped bathroom, all styled with clean lines and vibrant accents. A significant convenience for city exploration is the private ground-floor garage, providing secure parking for two small vehicles. Nestled in the animated La Lonja district, the townhouse is perfectly positioned for discovery. The marina promenade is a mere two-minute walk away, offering a gateway to the city’s treasures, including the magnificent Gothic cathedral, La Seu, whose construction began in 1229 under King James I of Aragon.
Find yourself perfectly positioned to explore Palma from the desirable La Llotja quarter. This location is a true haven for urbanites, with a delightful atmosphere that invites discovery through its historic passageways.
A brief stroll is all it takes to reach the city’s magnificent cathedral. You will also find the enchanting, narrow lanes of the historic center, known locally as ‘El Casco Antiguo’, are just a few minutes away on foot.
Guests can use a garage inside the building. A smaller vehicle is suggested, as the access street is very narrow.
