Villa Son Armadans

The villa is absolutely stunning and in the perfect location. We came as a family and friends group of girls and have just returned from the most amazing long weekend. There is so much about the villa we loved but in particular the wonderful huge al fresco dining area on the terrace. The pool-side kitchen was another added bonus and the perfect spot to whip up sangrias throughout the day. We could walk to the Marina and Cathedral and there are shops, bars and restaurants close by. Our host Susana was fantastic and so helpful. The outside space is just stunning and we have a collection of the most beautiful photographs to remember our trip. We will definitely be back!

A few extra mirrors would have been great but honestly we can’t really think of anything we didn’t love!

Very easy comms and check in. Susana the owner was SO professional, friendly and accommodating. She met us at the property, gave us a full tour and explained everything really clearly. The pool area and and pool kitchen were brilliant. The house is also near a large supermarket and some lovely places to eat/drink.

The internal of the property was a bit dark and could benefit from brighter lighting (perhaps just some movement sensor LED lighting?). Be aware that the upstairs two floors has separate stairs/entrances, this wasn't an issue for us though.

Lots of room for a large family gathering. Some really interesting features in the property. Wonderful pool and lovely gardens. Suzana’s friend Ari met us and we were able to check in at an earlier time than specified. Susana visited on our last evening and was most helpful in arranging transport to the airport for the following morning.

Hot water ran out when all wanted a shower after swimming.Access to the tower and half the accommodation was from outside which meant we were continually locking doors for safety.There was no internal staircase and although there was a lift it was not operational.

Beautiful, spacious and characterful villa with lovely outdoor space around an excellent pool with second garden kitchen for ease of food and drinks preparation by the pool. The villa is spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could need including thoughtful touches like mosquito spray, pool towels and bottled water by our beds. Susana is the most helpful host who arranged our airport transfers and answered any queries very promptly. Nearby the villa are excellent local restaurants and a large supermarket and it is an easy walk to the marina area of Palma.
