Alerio is a new complex featuring a community pool with a waterfall feature (seasonally heated), a hot tub with a waterfall feature, a grilling area, private beach access right across the street, and also an easy walk to Surf Hurt and Cabana Café. In addition to some of the area’s finest beaches, this complex is located under a mile from Silver Sands Outlets. For live music, fireworks, and delicious food in the evening, check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf, just 3 miles away. Alerio is the perfect choice for your next vacation!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Everything was great. The condo is very nice and well furnished. Very clean and comfortable. The pool is heated, like actually heated and comfortable in 50-70 degree weather. The hot tub is great, worth noting that no one under 18 is allowed. Not a big issue for us, but would have been disappointed if I had young kids. The location is fantastic. The beach access is directly across the street. So much to do within very comfortable walking distance. Restaurants and grocery store are all very close. The only negative aspect is the noise from the condo above. Pretty sure there were baby elephants staying there. Overall it was a great experience and will stay there again.

Impressed as soon as we walked in the door! Everything was clean and in excellent condition. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen is very well stocked. Security was visible daily. You often see wear issues when renting. Not here! Everything looked brand new! Host was very communicative. Check in check out was a piece of cake.

This property is very close to the beach. It was just a short walk. They had a closet with beach chairs, sand toys and other beach items for use which was very nice so check there before you go purchase anything! We did make dinner there one night and they had everything we needed. Overall great experience! Property is gated so very secure and very well kept.
