Nearby amenities include boating and fishing adventures, parasailing, jet-ski and paddle board rentals, a water park, restaurants galore, kids activities including a bumper boat/mini-car adventure zone, boutique shopping, and outlet shopping and much more.
This delightful 3BR-2BA Alerio corner condo is conveniently located on the ground floor and features a walk-out patio for privacy and relaxation. The interior is designed in coastal style with brilliant hues of blue and green reflecting the colors of the Gulf. The living space is furnished with comfy seating and offers a queen sleeper sofa. The highlight is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with sleek granite countertops and stainless appliances. Our master suite is designed with a king bed (featuring a Tempur-Pedic mattress), an HDTV and plenty of closet space. The adjoining master bath offers a double sink vanity, a bathtub, separate shower, and a private water closet. Down the hallway is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and another guest bedroom with a queen bed. The hallway bathroom serves both guest bedrooms. For your convenience, there is a washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi.

Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing.
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

My family had a great 5 day stay. The condo was very nice and a close easy walk to the beach. Only small negative was that the mattresses are hard which made it difficult to sleep. Also the breakers tripped in a few rooms when using a hair dryer, which I communicated to the owner about. Other than that we had no other issues. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Florida.

This property was perfect for our family of 6 plus 2 children! It was beautiful and only a short walk to the beach. We used the one of the several grills to steak! Everything was very nice and clean!

Overall the condo is amazing. They reached out on day of arrival telling me the dryer was broken but that it would be fixed the next day. Didn’t hear from them again until I reached out asking about it, because we needed to wash/dry clothes. They said they were not going to be able to fix the dryer during our stay, but that they would bring us extra/new towels. They didn’t end up bringing those until the night before we left after 5pm. Other than planning on having a washer/dryer and then not the stay was great. Could use a few more basics in the kitchen but overall a good family/friendly stay.
