Alerio is a new complex featuring a community pool with a waterfall feature (seasonally heated), a hot tub with a waterfall feature, a grilling area, private beach access right across the street, and also an easy walk to Surf Hurt and Cabana Café. In addition to some of the area’s finest beaches, this complex is located under a mile from Silver Sands Outlets. For live music, fireworks, and delicious food in the evening, check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf, just 3 miles away. Alerio is the perfect choice for your next vacation!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had an amazing stay! The property was exactly as expected—clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Everything was comfortable and well-appointed, making for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo was right across the street from the beach, great location for us since we had kids. It was very clean too. It was slightly smaller than the pictures suggest, but cozy. The pool is very small for the condo (pictures are deceiving) and stays pretty packed if a couple families are there. Only issue we had was there weren't any blankets in the entire condo. With the thin bedspreads on the beds it sometimes got chilly for the kids.

Pros:
-Great place to stay if you want to walk to the beach.
-Very clean upon arrival and plenty of towels for everyone.
-Spacious - everyone had plenty of room and it never felt like we were on top of each other.
-Nicely decorated. Very relaxing decor.
Cons:
-We never made it to the pool, but it was very crowded every time we walked by.
-Parking was a pain - only 1 vehicle per condo. When you have a 3 bedroom condo, wouldn't you expect more than 1 vehicle to be coming? It was about a 10 min walk to the campground where you could pay the extra $30 a day parking ($25 if you pay cash). It's in the listing but the reality of it stinks.
