If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We love the Almafi! We have stayed at Almafi in various condos many times. This rental is fine. The bed was comfortable, you can just tell its a rental. There where nicks and bumps/ scapes on the walls and baseboards. It was clean, so a few missed areas on in the main living area. The white rugs are dirty or stained. Also the couches are not comfortable. The view is amazing. Also Almafi is currently undergoing renovations.

Property was as described. Clean. Communication from VRBO/RealJoy was questionable. Upon arrival on Sunday, someone sent me a text stating that in the condo there would be a package that had parking permits. Once inside the unit, we did not see a package. I responded that I did not see a package. I later received a text stating that the package was above the microwave. Checked the microwave and all the drawers and did not see a package with parking permits. Via text, I informed VRBO/RealJoy that we needed assistance with the TV in the main living area. The TV was not set up for us to get to local stations, especially for the current news. I did not get assistance with the TV until Wednesday evening, after a second request. This is when the repair person informed me that there was not to be a package with parking permits. Somewhat trouble-free stay. We found the beds to be comfortable; however, the couch in the living area, was not. All the showers, tubs, faucets worked properly. I provided a few suggestions on small items that might provide some additional convenience, but zero complaints. Very nicely located right off the elevator and close to the garbage chute. Was never once disturbed by neighbors from any direction. Nice view of the beach, even with a short distance walk of crossing the street to get access. Would happily stay again. We loved it there. Pools are nice and clean. Good area with easy access to food and groceries

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family. The condo had everything we needed to make home cooked meals so we didn't have to eat out all the time.
