"Beaches & Dreams" welcomes you to a sunny and sweet vacation at Alerio in Miramar Beach on the east side of Destin.
Alerio’s amenities include:
-Less than 100 feet to the beach access
- Wonderful hot tub (my favorite!)
- Lovely (seasonally) heated and rainbow lit pool
- Convenient entrance to the beach just across the street.
- Seasonal beach service of two chairs and an umbrella (March through October)
-Gated parking with security and designated parking spot (only one parking space per unit during high season. November through February is open parking)
-Keypad entry into property from sidewalks
- Walking distance to Chick-fil-a, The Surf Hut restaurant, Silver Sands Outlet Mall,
Alvin’s Island, and several other restaurants and shops
- A short drive into Destin, Sandestin and the beaches of 30A (Seaside, Watercolor, Alys, Rosemary, Santa Rosa)
-community grills
*Enjoy not having to wait on the elevator as we are only on the 2nd floor of a 4 story complex near the stairs
*Discount for bookings of 7+nights

David was very responsive and the unit was a fantastic fit for our family! Clean and close to the beach and shops. Well stocked kitchen and only 5 minute drive to winn-dixie. Nice pool and hot tub too! The grandkids enjoyed!

This stay was absolutely perfect. This condo is exactly as described, and was completely clean and ready when we checked in. The communication with the host was exceptional, both before and during the stay. The location is perfect for the beach. This condo is in the closest building to cross the street and get to the private beach. Because this place is a little farther out from the main tourist area, the beach is much less crowded than down the street. The water and beach were amazing - everything you expect from Destin. The chair service was also a really nice feature. The pool was also perfect for a change of pace. The condo had all the amenities we needed. The space was great, and all 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were plenty spacious. The only thing to be aware of is that the toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, etc. that are provided are unlikely to last the length of your stay. We did need to buy more to get the six of us through the 5/6 days we were there. The location is perfect if you want a quieter, more peaceful experience. Some places are walkable, but probably not realistically walkable if you have smaller children or are sensitive to heat. If you have a car, then you're set. If you don't, be prepared to Uber to most places. Luckily, we didn't go to too many places because the beach was too perfect to leave!We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Destin. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Easy access to the beach and the included chairs and umbrella that are set up each day on the beach were great. The place is clean and spacious and my family enjoyed the puzzles during the moments of rain we had. The pool was great as well especially when we parents were tired and the kids want to keep swimming.

The condo was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the unit. We did not receive the check in info as quickly as I expected to gain entrance. however we did finally get all of the codes. The property does have assigned parking with a strict parking policy, when we arrived. another vehicle was in our designated spot, but had been tagged to move the vehicle or be towed sticker. I had to look for security to find out where to park while they were waiting on the vehicle to be moved. Which was moved late that evening by the vehicle owner. Over all it was a great location for access to the beach and some restaurants nearby.I would say it was a very successful and satisfying trip.
