Welcome to **A Peace of Paradise**, your relaxing beach retreat in the gated Alerio community of Miramar Beach! Take a left out of your front door and only ~500 feet to the beautiful Emerald Waters and world famous white sand beaches of Destin/30A and Miramar Beach!
This spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom ground-floor condo accommodates up to six guests** and makes vacationing easy—no stairs or waiting on elevators while carrying luggage, groceries, beach gear or tired little ones.
The beautiful white-sand beaches and emerald waters of the Gulf are just across the street, approximately a three-minute walk from your door. After a day at the beach, cool off in the heated community pool, unwind in the hot tub, let the kids enjoy the splash pad or gather for an evening cookout at the community grilling area. Pool and/or jacuzzi are directly across from your unit - be the first there for the best seating!
Inside, you’ll find a luxury comfortable coastal retreat with an open living and dining area, 10-foot ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and a large island. Sleeping accommodations include a king primary suite with private bath, a queen guest room and a twin-over-full bunk room. The covered patio is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a day in the Florida sunshine.
Alerio is conveniently located near everything Miramar Beach has to offer. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, grocery stores, popular restaurants, family attractions, nightlife and shopping are all within approximately two miles or less! Alvin's Island is literally next door for any of those last minute beach items you forgot or didn't know you wanted! There are several water toys left by previous guest from umbrellas to boogie board, buckets and floats available as well (host cannot guarantee what is there or not there at arrival but please use whatever is). Stacking washer and dryer are in the unit as well.

**Important Notes:** Alerio permits only one vehicle per condo and are very strict about this. Paid overflow parking may be available nearby at Geronimo RV Park and should be arranged separately before 5pm arrival day of checking (they close at 5pm daily). Located at 75 Arnett Ln, Miramar Beach, FL 32550. You may also leave your car at public areas at your own risk.
* Sleeping eight guests is possible if you bring and use an air mattress in the living room; in Q4 of 2026 we plan to replace the couch with a sleeper for a true 8+ person accommodation; 3rd bedroom is a bunkbed set (see photos) and intended for kids or teens.

This condo is just as advertised. It’s got everything you need to make meals in the kitchen ( except for spoons! There were none to be found!). Luckily they did have plastic ware so we used those. Very spacious and everyone was very comfortable. It was 3 adults and 2 kids so it was perfect. Usually I like to stay right on the beach and hate walking but this is truly not a bad walk - very easy and it’s a straight shot to the beach. Maybe a 3 minute walk. We were right across from the pool and hot tub and even the grills and being on the first floor was even better. The parking spot is right in front of the door making it very convenient to load and unload. The host was very responsive when we reached out. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach was something we wanted and this is right across the street. Pool was nice as well. A couple of things there were not many glasses and no spoons which was odd. But we found some plastic ones in the pantry. The garbage disposal was also not working. One of the beds was busted and it was immediately addressed and fixed. Very happy with the communication.

Location perfect for us. Kitchen lacking drinking glasses and linens. Not suitable for 4 adults as second bedroom bed not usable. Our second couple found a nice mattress in the bunk bedroom. Over all, beautiful pool and first floor access appreciated!
