- Our low density building means you aren’t fighting crowds for seats in the 5th row at the beach!
HOUSE RULES
• Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay.
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST
• We leave 6 wristbands in the condo that are required to access amenities. Replacements are $25/each if not left upon departure.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.

I would mention the balcony lock to future clients. The lock does not work correctly and we got locked out on the balcony the first day. Someone from the complex had to come in and open the balcony door from the inside to let us back in. It was inconvenient and posed a safety hazard if there was an emergency or a child was left inside alone. I would prompt the owner to fix this

We loved everything about our stay in 201A on Mirimar Beach! Everything we needed was provided and accurate list of what was included in our stay. Place was very clean and furniture was comfortable, including the bed.

I had high expectations of the property due to the advertised listing. The location was ideal and couldn't be beat. Unfortunately cleanliness did not meet expectations. I believe the owner didn't have enough time to get the unit cleaned properly between renters. She also had some personal emergencies, which we understand and were sorry to hear about. We let them know the problems at check in but didn't receive any response until it was time to check out. It could be a one off thing, or conditions beyond the owner's control, but the end result is we were not satisfied for the money we paid. We could not use areas of the condo due to uncleanliness, yet paid full price.
