- Our central location is close to all of the best dining, shopping, and entertainment the Emerald Coast is known for!
- Our low density building means you aren’t fighting crowds for seats in the 5th row at the beach!
HOUSE RULES
• Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay.
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST
• We leave 6 wristbands in the condo that are required to access amenities. Replacements are $25/each if not left upon departure.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.

We loved everything about our stay in 201A on Mirimar Beach! Everything we needed was provided and accurate list of what was included in our stay. Place was very clean and furniture was comfortable, including the bed.

On the beach, great view, classy property, somewhat secluded and private, yet close to all you would want and need!

Second time staying here. New Fridge since last stay was a huge plus! Was not as clean as last stay. They must have forgotten the balcony because there was a dirty towel and sand every where on it. The soap dispensers at the sinks were all empty as well. Overall the location can't be beat and we love the area.
