Alerio is a new complex featuring a community pool with a waterfall feature (seasonally heated), a hot tub with a waterfall feature, a grilling area, private beach access right across the street, and also an easy walk to Surf Hurt and Cabana Café. In addition to some of the area’s finest beaches, this complex is located under a mile from Silver Sands Outlets. For live music, fireworks, and delicious food in the evening, check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf, just 3 miles away. Alerio is the perfect choice for your next vacation!

For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. Several boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine, and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This property is very well maintained and clean. We had a great experience. Very short walk to beach short drive to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean and beautifully decorated. Lots of space for everyone and cozy comfortable beds. A very short walk to the beach, plus the pool and hot tub were an even shorter walk across the parking lot. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, it was clean, well furnished and great location. We had issues with the HVAC system which was going to be replaced at some point. When they rented the unit above us it sounded like a herd of elephants had moved in. We were fortunate that they were there for just a few days. Just be aware that there is zero sound proofing between the floors and it can be extremely annoying if a family with children move in. It’s not that they were being loud or anything, but every little movement was heard.

Well, if you are desperate this is the place. I've stayed in numerous vacation housing rental sites, this is probably the first disappointment I've had in the past years. The property is managed by another company not individual, so there's another portal to register, extra paperwork you have to sign, a bunch of rules, and the place didn't have more than 1 crappy pack of detergent enough for 1 load, and we ran out of toilet paper 1/3 through. Maybe some are used to that so YMMV, but my expectations was higher. Overall we would not choose this place unless this is the option left.
