About this house rental
Jus Chillin is the reunion house of Float Away Vacations — our largest, highest-rated property and the one we built around the dinner table, not the bedroom count. Four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a giant island kitchen designed for cooking together, and a two-tier deck overlooking the at the Guadalupe Cliffs. Watch for Mountain Goats as they wander the cliffs. Inside the gated River Road Villas community with direct river access and a private beach. Sleeps 13.

THE HOME
Four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, sleeps 13 comfortably. Modern furnishings throughout, stainless kitchen appliances, smart TVs in living areas, full set of cookware including the things groups actually use (large pots, cookie sheets, waffle iron, Keurig). Washer and dryer inside. BBQ pit in the covered downstairs (bring your own charcoal). Linens and bath towels provided.

LOCATION
River Road Villas sits on the prime tubing and fishing stretch of the Guadalupe, with shuttles available from Mountain Breeze and Caps Campgrounds on either side. Cyclist and motorcycle riders use this section for the scenic views. Gruene Hall (oldest dance hall in Texas) is 17 minutes. Whitewater Amphitheater for live music. Canyon Lake is 5 miles upriver. Schlitterbahn New Braunfels is 20 minutes. San Antonio attractions (Sea World, Fiesta Texas, the Alamo) are inside an hour. SAT airport is 50 minutes.
HOUSE GUIDELINES
Maximum 13 guests. Age 25 minimum for primary booker. We host families, reunions, and adult groups — not party houses. Loud events or anything that disrupts the community will result in early termination of the stay. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. Bring beach towels (bath and hand towels provided). Non-smoking home.
NEED MORE THAN 12? WE'VE GOT YOU
Float Away Vacations owns three properties in the gated Cliff View community next door: Guadalupe Getaway (sleeps 10) and Guadalupe Breeze (sleeps 9). Book Jus Chillin plus those two for a 30-person group across two adjacent gated communities, all within walking distance. We also own Barn on the Bay in Palacios on the Gulf Coast for guests adding a coastal leg.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees. Come jus chill with us.

Loved the location and the fact it was right next door to the tube rentals which was super convenient! This was a girls trip just to have some fun and float the river. We all had a GREAT time. The house was beautiful and there was plenty of space for all of us. 10 out of 10 would absolutely stay here again.

The house has everything you need and is decorated perfectly. Location was perfect for 3 days of river relaxing. The only minus was the smell anytime someone took a shower in the upstairs bathroom, horrible. Luckily there was Glade spray and the smell went away pretty quickly

Great location, clean home and hosts were prompt in answering questions and responding! The ONLY downfall is that if your coming with all adults, it'll sleep 12 people comfortably with beds & 13 people if your able to fit two adults on a full (bottom of the bunk bed in one of the pictures). The 14th person would have to sleep on the couch as there is no pull out couch available or you can bring a blow up mattress per the hosts.
