great house, very accommodating
booking.com was very responsive and in timely manner
our only complaint, is the rental fee and time frame for a kayak
$30 for 8-5 rental, the rental should be for 24 hours especially since you are staying at the rental property
how can you come back from a day of exploring to only have an hour or maybe no more time available to rent a kayak

It was perfect for our family size of 10 people with plenty of room to spread out. We could have up to 18. It looks like the pictures don’t was as we expected.
Parking was tough if you have over 3 vehicles. Overflow parking was a little farther than expected.
