Relaxing Ranch on 6 acres, 3 king beds , 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, plus 12 twin rollaway beds to sleep up to 21.....huge area to gather and entertain on back deck featuring outdoor fireplace, 2 grills, large campfire area, large covered BBQ Pavillion, outdoor pool with cave waterfall, heated hot tub, 5 horses roam and interact with guests...two of them miniatures.....Ping pong, checkers, horseshoes ,cornhole games and volleyball court outside. Interior features two full size refrigerators, double ovens, large kitchen island w beautiful granite countertops open to living room w fireplace, player piano, ..fun game room with buck hunter and packman arcade games, Very private, ..fenced...great place for large groups to have fun and make lifelong memories!! Note: we do not provide discounts if the hot tub is in operable, but we will do our best to try and get technicians out if needed however, because of their schedules, we cannot guarantee they can get there during your stay. Please bring apples and carrot treats for the horses as they love to interact with you daily!

Was a great place for my family, there were 26 of us that came at night for family fun.13 of us actually stayed at the house. Plenty of room and lots to do. Dee the host was awesome!!! Would recommed 100%.

We had a blast. Spending time with family is a blessing. Only concern. Change out fly traps, dust ceiling fans and light fixtures, clean out top oven, when we turned it on, smoke was everywhere. It needs a few upgrades, replace the sliding door that leads to the back, replace the electric cord for the lights out on the back deck, replace the football table next to the ping pong table. Get rid of the pool toys that are old and worn down. Too many notes everywhere. Also, don't assume we know how to run the washer and dryer. Again, we had a blast. My family is simple. We made it work. Blessings

We had a great time. There was plenty of room around the property and in the common areas for everyone. The kids enjoyed feeding the horses, swimming and the game room. The patio was great.

Was not able to get hold of property manager when we arrived to find house locked up and no code to get in. We waited several hours, in 100+ weather, before getting a response. The house has issues that need to be addressed such as dirty kitchen utensils, smoking oven, broken cots, broken drawers in ice box, scorpions, ants and roaches...not to mention the FLIES. The flies made it impossible to have any meals/food outside or just to sit outside without having to swat flies the whole time. We actually had to kill flies in the house from morning until late night. The first night was hot in the two smaller bedrooms until the host adjusted the thermostat remotely. Thankfully we brought fans with us. So was it all bad? No. We did enjoy the pool and outdoor space in the late evening and nighttime when the flies settled and the wind picked up. Kids enjoyed the game room. There was plenty of space to gather when the cots were not put up. The location was nice and close to other entertainment areas. Would we rent this house again? Probably not.
