About this house rental
4BR/3BA Guadalupe River home just 1/4 mile North of the 2nd crossing on River Rd in New Braunfels, Tx.
Just a few minutes from antiques and shopping in downtown New Braunfels and Gruene.
From this 1/2 acre property enjoy the scenic cliff-side and beautiful 101 feet of private DIRECT RIVER ACCESS right out of the back door (only for use by renters of this home)!
Tube rental and shuttle service is provided just 100 yards away at Son's Guadalupe, and a little further at the Loan Star Float House. Flloating with these outfits allows you to float all the way back to the house or exit at a variety of places up and down the river.
This location is perfect for playing in the river or just relaxing as you watch others float in the river below. Also, if you enjoy live music, shopping and restaurants, the property is short drive to Whitewater Amphitheater & Gruene Hall.
If you get tired of playing in the river, 'Schlitterbahn', a wonderful water park is located in New Braunfels.

Pleasant stay at this property. We had a great time kicking back and relaxing by the river. The place had everything we needed. Beds and bedding were comfy. AC worked well, keeping the inside nice and cool. Mature trees provide a good amount of shade outside on the lawn and by the river’s edge. River depth at this location was about knee to thy deep for adults. A good spot for young ones to enjoy the river. Overall a great stay for us before the 4th of July crowds swarmed the river. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and property. Accommodated our group of 12 easily. Being right on the river was perfect and the home had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Also, loved the back porch. Large enough for all of us to gather and visit.

This is the second year for our group to stay at this property! It’s perfect for large groups. The owner thought of everything you may need for your stay! Perfect access to the river, large yard and great location. Clean and comfortable-Will definitely stay here again!
