MV8 is located in a unique spot in Egmond-Binnen, right next to the dunes—a delightful vacation home with plenty of character. Step inside and immediately experience the style and care with which this vacation home was built.
**The Space**
The house is comfortably furnished and heated by a large wood-burning stove. Two large sliding glass doors ensure that the house and the patio flow seamlessly into one another, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors.
The cottage has a spacious garden with two large trees, plenty of greenery, and a generous terrace (with plenty of sun and shade). Choose your favorite spot to sit in the garden or fill the tub for a lovely outdoor bath. There is a parking spot for your car.
There is sleeping space both downstairs and upstairs. The loft/bedroom upstairs is accessible via a loft ladder. This ladder is less suitable or not suitable at all for small children (The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all together to create a real vacation atmosphere—perfect for enjoying a cozy meal together or just relaxing and playing a game.

**The Location**
The cottage is literally right next to the dunes, which means you drive off the main road into the countryside; after a short bumpy stretch, you’ll arrive at this wonderful spot offering privacy and tranquility—now you can truly relax.
The house is within walking distance (300 meters) of the dunes. You can easily bike through the dunes to the beach (2.5 km). Of course, you can also drive to Castricum aan Zee (4.5 km) or Egmond aan Zee (4 km). There is a large supermarket in Egmond-Binnen (1 km). Alkmaar is 15 kilometers away, Haarlem 25 kilometers, and Amsterdam 40 kilometers.
The Castricum/Bergen area is 25 km from Schiphol Airport. During the day or early in the morning, there may be occasional air traffic (when the wind is from the south or southwest).
