Quietly located, just 100 meters from the lively center and 500 meters from the beach and the sea—everything you need for a relaxing stay is right on your doorstep.

Layout
The cozy, well-furnished living room is the heart of the apartment. The seating area features a comfortable two-seater sofa, rattan chairs, digital TV, free Wi-Fi, and an inviting dining area—a relaxing spot for a cozy evening.

The spacious open-concept kitchen offers many amenities, including a refrigerator (without a freezer), a combination microwave, and a coffee maker (Senseo/filter).

The two comfortable bedrooms each feature two single box-spring beds (80x200 cm).

The functionally furnished bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.

Terrace

An absolute highlight of this vacation rental is the spacious terrace measuring approximately 60 m²! Here you can relax in peace and privacy. The terrace is completely enclosed by a sturdy fence and is lockable. It is furnished with comfortable patio furniture.

You can store your own or rented bicycles in the private garden shed; there is also a charging station for e-bikes on the terrace. 
Grilling or barbecuing is permitted, but only on the raised terrace slab specifically designated for this purpose.



A high chair and a crib are available upon request.
