Sleeping up to six guests across three bedrooms, the house combines dune landscapes, cycling routes, and beach access with enough indoor comfort to make cooler evenings feel just as inviting as sunny afternoons by the sea.

Most mornings begin slowly before the day drifts toward the dunes, nearby beaches, or cycling paths cutting through the coastal reserve. The sauna and underfloor heating make returning indoors especially comfortable after windy walks along the shoreline, while the terrace and barbecue naturally pull everyone back outside once the evenings begin cooling down again.

Egmond aan Zee Beach lies around 2 km away and is especially popular for swimming, sailing, and sunset walks beside the lighthouse and beachfront cafés. The ruins of Egmond Castle can be reached within roughly 3 minutes alongside the historic Slotkapel chapel, while the North Holland Dune Reserve offers extensive walking and cycling trails crossing woodland, dunes, and wildlife habitats throughout the coast. Bergen lies around 8 km away for galleries and boutique shopping, while Alkmaar can be reached within approximately 10 km for its famous cheese market and canal-lined old town. During spring, the surrounding countryside also fills with tulip fields stretching across the polder landscape.
