About this house rental
In a quiet cul-de-sac 300 meters from the Gulf of Morbihan. "Ti Koad, Morbihan" charming recent house is composed on the ground floor of an entrance opening onto a fully fitted and equipped open kitchen, a large living room that will accommodate family and friends, a laundry room, a toilet, a master suite with a 160 bed, dressing room and private bathroom.
Upstairs you will find three bedrooms with storage, a first with a double bed (160), two bedrooms with two single beds (90) each, a bathroom with baby equipment and a separate toilet. Outside you can enjoy the large flower garden, terraces and patio. Secure parking spaces by camera and gate. Linen included (sheets and towels).
Tourist tax: 5% of the price of the night per adult occupant up to €4.30 per person per night.
Baby equipment included (baby bed, bathtub, changing table, potty, toilet seat reducer, high chair)
END OF STAY CLEANING MANDATORY (excluding kitchen area, €120 extra on the day of arrival
