The cottage is equipped with a connected speaker and a subscription to Canal channels. Outside, you will enjoy a garden with a superb view, 3 terraces, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs as well as a private heated swimming pool, open from 01/06/23 to 15/09/23 (dimensions 8mx4m, depth 1.80m). Gîte adjoining an apartment occasionally occupied by the owners. Located in Sarzeau, on the Rhuys Peninsula, this site belongs to the Regional Natural Park. You are here just 2 km from the lively village all year round. You will appreciate the long sandy beaches located around ten minutes by car. Vannes and its historic center are less than 30 km away.
