Welcome to Ti Koad Morbihan, a recent and bright family home, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Rhuys peninsula, in Sarzeau, just 300 m from the Gulf of Morbihan.
Between the peaceful landscapes of the Gulf and the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy a privileged natural setting to meet with your family, walk, cycle and discover the treasures of southern Brittany.
A COMFORTABLE HOME FOR FAMILIES
The house accommodates up to 8 people and also has baby equipment. It comprises:
- A large, bright living room with living room, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen.
- Four bedrooms: a suite on the first floor with a 160 cm bed, an upstairs bedroom with a 160 cm bed and two bedrooms each equipped with two 90 cm single beds.
- Two shower rooms and two separate toilets.
- A baby equipment including a bed, bathtub, changing table, high chair, potty and toilet reducer.
- Wi-Fi, a TV and a smart speaker.
A PLEASANT OUTDOOR AREA, OPEN TO NATURE
On an 850 m² flowered plot, you will have two terraces, a patio, a garden and outdoor furniture for meals and moments of relaxation. A bicycle shed and secure parking complete the facilities.
The north side of the house offers a particularly pleasant setting: the view opens onto a meadow classified Natura 2000, then onto vast preserved natural areas that extend to the Gulf of Morbihan. With no construction in the extension of this view, this landscape provides a beautiful feeling of space and contributes to the calm of the place.
