About this house rental
House of 167 m² with heated swimming pool, quietly located in a cul-de-sac 500 m from the center of Sarzeau.
On the ground floor :
- A spacious living-dining room overlooking the garden with access to the terrace and pool
- A large living room with 2 sofas and fireplace (non-functional)
- A separate fully equipped kitchen
- A laundry room with a beach shower

- Room 1: 2 x 90 beds that can make a double bed in 180, television, with a private bathroom
On the first floor :
- Room 2 (communicates with rooms 3 and 4): 4 single beds in 80 (possibility to put in double bed) and television
- Bedroom 3: a double bed 140 and television, with a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Room 4: 2 beds 90, a sofa bed bz, a TV
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
NB: beds equipped with duvets.
Outside:
- Outdoor swimming pool heated from April to September: 8 m x 4 m with dome, depth 1.20 m to 1.60 m.
- Enclosed garden of 800 m² with terrace

- Departure cleaning to be done by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package: 160 €
